yeah, they’ll be able to tell the difference once they find the bullet wound. but when you think of it, does every shooting have a witness?? no. i’m talking about a loudner because then the police will look for that type of gun based off the sound. idk if you’ve known this, but they have technology for the police to locate where the shot was fired based solely on sound. i’m just saying it may help if your .38 sounds like a .50. might not help MUCH, but still, its a thought
