yes.I think it would be virtually impossible for them to find jurors who do not have a opinion on the first trial. I think it was fair as it could be. I was too young to have an opinion on the first trial but his actions in recent years, including this, make me wonder.

No he did not,, it was a set up… and blown out of proportion… also the jury should not of considered the case thirteen years ago and the judge should of thrown it out because five jurors admitted it…the judicial system in this country contradicts s itself to often

If the perpetrator hadn’t been OJ it may have transpired that the judge and Jury would have seen the caper as simply overly zealous ‘high jinx’ and the defendant may have been acquitted or slapped on the wrist.

Given that it was OJ he was a dead cert to be found guilty and have the book thrown at him so, no, it wasn’t a fair trial.

Probably not but had he not co-authored the book
“If I Did It, Here’s How it Happened”
I think he would have gotten a more honest trial. In my opinion Justice was finally served.

I believe he did. There were hours of tapes, at times you could hear Simpson clearly incriminating himself. There were also witnesses to the crime this time. Were some of the jurors thinking about the murder case—yes, but in this case the evidence was not in dispute.

To begin with…I think he was unfairly acquitted the first time, he should be serving for death, which means this second round of crimes should have never come to pass. But since it did, I don’t think there are many people who would give him a “fair trial”. That all being said, like the first time, he was guilty the second trial as well. They had so much evidence this time, it would be hard not to convict him. They even have security tape footage of him committing the crimes in question, and his “partners” ratted him out. The question really is, did he get enough punishment?

Yes,better than most of us would. I watched the trial on TV and if they do not punish him with a good jail time something is wrong with this country. But I would wager he will get suspended time and not spend a day in prison.

I think that he did not get a fair trial becuase of what happened 13 years ago. But he didnt get a fair trial the first time when everyone knew he was guilty. He didnt deserve a fair trial this time. karma finally caught up with him

Well either way it goes, someone would have said the trial was not fair. Since it was an all white jury, he’s guilty, someone is going to say it is not fair. If it was an all black jury and he got off someone would have said its not fair. At this point, I can only say he got what he deserved for breaking the law again. He should have known they were waiting on him to slip up again.

Your first point is dead on. Guilty and guilty.

Second, Mark Furman’s (not Vermin) actions in no way made OJ innocent period. Mr. Furman actions were regrettable but should not have swayed the jury to an innocent verdict. It would have not swayed me. I knew OJ did it the first day the news broke when I learned OJ escaped to Chi town. He was running from the law.

Third, I watched some TV of the current trial. From what I could see he received a fair trial. How could he help but not have fair trial in light of ever group in the country watching over the trial looking for a way out for OJ?

To answer your question, yes I believe he received a fair trial. I was glad to see justice being final served on a criminal.

No he did not! Because of the first trial he was going to be found guilty no matter what. I believe that this was some BS! Prior to going to the hotel OJ called the police for help and did not receive it. Nevada is the only State in the union that you can take back property that was stolen from you, which he did, and he gets the book thrown at him? As far as the first trial, I still don’t believe he committed those murders? My belief lies with Author William C. Dear, who wrote the book “OJ is guilty but not of Murder”. For those of you who have not read the book you should get it and or type it in to the search box on youtube. This Private Investigator studied the case for about 6 years and through his investigation determined a major suspect who he believes actually did the killings. Check it out for yourself people!
